Phloke

Phloke: Large, floating beachball-like creatures without traditional limbs. Instead, they possess a number of ribbons which they wrap around objects to manipulate them. The phloke produce an internal thrumming at levels both at and below human hearing (i.e., infrasonics). (First appearance: Buffalito Contingency).
