Role in Story: mentioned in passing in Ace of Corpses.
Notes: Now deceased, Pelakarnashatikmar was the Empress-Wife-Nun to more than a billion sents across fifty worlds. Upon her death, her body was transferred to Hesnarj (one of the galaxy's 100 mausoleum worlds). A massive wave of mourners journeyed to Hesnarj to see her during a week of viewing, which created much more traffic for the star systems portals, which in turn created a problem for Angela Colson.
