Role in Story: a mid-level character in the Amazing Conroy story "Buffalogenesis" and again in the first two Pizza in Space books.
Occupation: once upon a time, he was a county sheriff. Then, a security chief for the Wada Corporation. After reconnecting with Conroy (and losing his job with Wada) he became a security consultant for the newly formed Buffalogic, Inc., (see "Buffalogenesis"). Mandelbrot went on to become a Captain of Station Security aboard Niflheim, the Glamorkan-built, Clarkeson-sponsored space station in orbit above Neptune.
