Occupation: Trade negotiator for Strinmeer and Twandle, an Arconi consortium representing 730 million Arconi.
Physical Description: A typical Arcon, which is to say an attenuated-looking human, taller and slim, with milk-white skin and blue-black hair. Unlike most Arconi, Telmari has some facial hair: a modest goatee.
Personality: Much less uptight than most Arconi, likely as a function of his training to work with aliens.
