Occupation: Indentured bartender at the Pyramidal resort on Bisto.

Physical Description: Relliope is a Bluie. She's of average height (by human standards), a milky complexion and waist-length black hair. Like all Bluies, her eyes are rarely seen, obscured by the cobalt blue fog they constantly emit.
