Neccol

An obscure moon in the suite of systems claimed by the Colians, Neccol orbits a gas giant. In a complimentary orbit, the Colians have built a shipyard where they construct and repair spacecraft. The moon itself serves as a source for raw minerals that are mined and refined to create the parts needed by the shipyard.
