Thishfiff

A native language of the Cliveden. It is the highest of blasphemies for it to be spoken in front of non-Cliveden. Teaching the language to a non-Cliveden is considered linguistic heresy.

The phrase "Shoshlee zhavro ghifler" is from Thishfiff, spoken by Svetlana after the Celestial has put the language in her mind in the final chapter of Buffalito Contingency. No translation is provided.

Later, when arguing with the Cliveden Captain, Svetlana says "Vrish gharth dhelf Conroy." This was a formal request in Thishfiff that the Captain spare the animal that she had claimed a need to slaughter.
